The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Miramar Treffert building at Parkallee 3, so you can enjoy a pleasant view from the balcony. The Baltic Sea beach is just 10 metres away, allowing you to enjoy swimming, walks along the water, and a variety of recreational activities along the coast practically right outside your door. Shopping options and the town centre are just about 400 metres away on foot, offering convenient amenities and access to other local attractions.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living and dining area connected to the living room by the open layout of the fully equipped kitchenette. The kitchen features, among other things, a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, as well as dishes and silverware. A practical dining table is also provided, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

A modern bathroom with a shower (low-entry), toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer rounds out the amenities.

The stairs in the living room lead up to the open loft, which features a cosy double bed and a bunk bed for children.

Miramar Apartment Complex right on the beach: The well-maintained Miramar holiday complex in Niendorf offers apartments for 2–4 people with a terrace or balcony, ranging in size from 36 to 45 m², located on a quiet private street with direct beach access.

Facing the Baltic Sea, you’ll find the large outdoor pool, which is open from May 15 to September 15.
There is also a small changing room here with a spin dryer for your swimwear.
From the pool and the terrace, you can enjoy the wonderful view across Lübeck Bay.

In the basement, you can play table tennis.

There’s an outdoor parking area for your bicycles. Alternatively, there’s also a bike rental shop just a 5-minute walk away.
Of course, a parking space is also available for your car.

You can get fresh bread rolls within a 3–5-minute walk, as well as other shopping options and the town centre.
The small but lovely seawater swimming pool is also located right next to the apartment complex.

The idyllic harbour of Niendorf is just 1,600 metres away, where you can buy freshly caught fish for your meals.

A beautiful hike towards Travemünde along the Brodten cliffs—which remain virtually untouched—is well worth the effort in any season, offering sweeping views of Lübeck Bay.
From April through August, sand martins nest in the cliffs.
