Luxurious newly renovated BeachFront Condo & Vidanta Membership

Edzna is a ground floor condo with a spectacular view of the pools, beach, sea and palm trees in which you can hear the sound of the waves at all times.**
It is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condo.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, with a view to the beach, pools and ocean, a double sink bathroom and a walk in closet.

Bedroom 2, has 4 individual beds, view to the pools, beach and ocean, a double sink spacious bathroom and walk-in closet.

Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed with a pull out extra queen size bed under it. It has a view to the gardens, a spacious double sink bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 4 is an interior bedroom with a full size sofa bed and a small but full bathroom.

Living room and dining room have a view to the pools, beach and ocean. Dining room sits 8 and kitchen bar sits 5.
4 LCD TV screens, with cable and satellite TV.
Wireless internet service.

Renovated and fully equipped kitchen, with beautiful stone countertops, microwave, electric oven, induction stovetop, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice machine, all pots, dishes and silverware provided.
Towels and linens provided as well.
Laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron.
Covered parking and 24 hour security.
Concierge at your service.
We have one of the most extensive beaches in all the bay with its own palapas.

Also, with the rental of this condo, you can access the Vidanta hotel (Grand Mayan and Mayan Palace areas) to spend the day and use their pools, restaurants, gym, golf course (for a small fee) and activities for the kids.

Katya was an amazing host, very quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The condo was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed. The housekeeper, Mera, was delightful and went above and beyond. The pools and private beach were so nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We wanted to stay longer and can’t wait to hopefully return.

Amazing stay next to Vidanta

No complaints about the condo whatsoever. The listing and photos were spot on, and the location cannot be beat. Katya was very responsive and helpful all the way from pre-booking to post-departure. Would love to come back!

Had a great stay

I found the condo to be very clean, nice and accessible. It’s right next-door to the Vidanta resort which my son used quite a bit. The pool was very nice and the sand was beautiful. we have a timeshare at Paradise Village that we use every year so I’m going to plan on a second week at this condo each year.

Katya was incredibly helpful and responsive. She was kind and made our stay at the Grand Mayan Condos luxe. The price was incredible and we look forward to coming back. We will definitely try to stay here in the future.

What a great location for a great week by the ocean! My family enjoyed the ocean front condo with private pool. We had a great time, close to the pier and Vidanta. The house keeper was fabulous as well!

A Milestone Birthday Celebration

We had an amazing time to celebrate my husband's milestone birthday with our family. We loved the condo, the location and all of the amenities! It is extremely well provisioned. We would definitely re-book this property!

Superior Accommodations-you won’t be disappointed!

The condo is spacious, well appointed and right on the water- so beautiful! We really enjoyed the amenities next door with the pools, lazy river and plenty of things for the kids to do. The best part of our vacation hands down was Emerita! She came in each day to clean and cooked the best enchiladas we have ever had! A relaxing stay for sure. We will be back!

A lovely home that’s perfect for family!

The home is truly beautiful and maintained perfectly. 3 of the bedrooms are very large and have incredible bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is quite small...it would be best for a single person. This home has access to so many gorgeous pools and is very close to the beach. The views from the patio are amazing!

We loved our stay! The staff, Emerita, the pool, the condo were all perfect!! Our only complaint is the noise from some of the surrounding condos. There were people making loud noise until 4 am multiple nights. However security finally got it under control. We would come back! The Vidanta was also wonderful! It was a fantastic spring break

Exceeded Expectations

Very nice property and our experience exceeded expectations in every way. We had a total party of eight - four adults + four children. The condo accommodated this group very comfortably. Other positives included convenient use of the Grand Mayan facilities, conscientious dialogue with the property owner, very helpful/accessible onsite staff, and daily service from a dedicated housekeeper. We are already talking about when we return!

Beautiful and super spacious condo ! My daughters were fascinated with huge walk-in closets, ha! Everything from the fruit basket greeting to Emérita’s attention to all our needs, this place is one to visit again and again. The owner available at all times to answer any question. Safe transportation for day trips available also. Overall super recommended ! You will feel at home 👌🏻

Great Location and Great Stay

Location is excellent with good views (pool and beach) with plenty of room for our party of 9. We had 4 generations with us and we like being on the ground floor for kids and abuelita alike. Access to Vidanta was a requirement for us when looking for a host and we were able to purchase access (very reasonable price for the week) while staying here. The unit is in the Mayan Island condos which is conveniently located right next to the Grand Mayan portion of Vidanta which is where the kids wanted to spend most of the time at the resort. The Mayan Island’s pools and beach are just steps away as well. The host was great to work with and the cleaning lady was super sweet. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Great stay in Nuevo Vallarta

Wow, we did not want to leave!!Katya was great to work with and extremely responsive to any and all of my questions and concerns. The condo was FANTASTIC!! Everything you would want and then some. We had two small children so did eat in a lot and the kitchen was up for the challenge. Well stocked and felt like home!! I was initially concerned we would not have a view being on ground floor...Wrong, great view of pool and out to ocean! If you are considering this condo, go ahead, you won’t regret it!!!

Vacation Perfection

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. So big and on the first floor overlooking the beautiful beach. The staff is so helpful in booking taxis, etc. Emerita, the housekeeper, is a delight. We bought groceries and she made us a delicious breakfast every day. Completely spoiled us. The owner Katya,, was wonderful and answered all of our questions very quickly. They had beach toys, umbrellas, chairs for us to use. The only thing we wish they had were boogie boards, but other than that small thing, our stay was nothing short of perfection. We will definitely be returning.

Incredible condo with luxury amenities and excellent customer service.

My family and I are just returning from our stay at the Mayan Islands. We all agreed that this was one of our favorite vacations. Katya, the owner/hostess was such a pleasure to work with. She was always prompt and attentive to all our needs and checked in often. The condo is beautiful and very relaxing including anything you could possibly need. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are spacious.we traveled with my children (7 & 9) and my mom (73). My son is disabled and had no problems accessing the pool or Vidanta. The housekeeper was a pleasure to have. This was such a wonderful added touch and really made us feel like we were on vacation. She cooked breakfast and we had her make us enchiladas that were fantastic. She did shopping for us and kept the condo emmaculate. She was super friendly with my family and made everyone feel relaxed

Wonderful

When we walked into this condo we were treated to the most beautiful view of the ocean. The condo itself was beautifully updated and had more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. Having access to the Vidanta resort was such a great benefit. Such fun pool activities for children and adults and fabulous restaurants. The condo pools however were our favorite. Just steps away from the beach. Grandkids enjoyed learning to body surf and boogie board. The pool area was not crowded and we enjoyed parking ourselves close to the wonderful bar/grill. Can’t rave enough about this property and the property owner Katya. She was easy to communicate with and checked in several times to see how things were going. Having the housekeeper daily to clean up after us was a bonus! We loved Merita. Would definitely return to this wonderful condo.

Loved it!

This condo is the perfect combination of hotel resort and private condo. We had access to Vidanta pools and restaurants via a very short walk/gate but the condo pool was large, quiet and comfortable with a much better view of the beach than Vidanta does. We spent many evenings on the balcony watching the sunset while having dinner. The condo is well appointed and very large-we were there with 2 families with a total of 5 children and there was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and no one ever had to wait for a bathroom because there were so many. The kids enjoyed using the pool toys available in the condo. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with dishes, cookware and spices. The security and condo staff are excellent. It was an easy walk to a couple convenience stores and other restaurants when we felt like more variety. We felt well cared for there and will definitely be back!

Luxurious visit in Nuevo Vallarta

Everything was top notch from the moment I began inquiring with Katya until the day we checked out. The accommodations are clean, very well appointed and well stocked with anything you would need. The pictures truly represent what you will find when you arrive and I actually feel that the pool and the beach are closer in proximity than I had expected. For being on the ground floor, the views and sunsets are spectacular. Emerita, the housekeeping, was a wonderful addition to our experience. She is very outgoing and friendly, tho she speaks no English. We enjoyed her company very much and she prepared guacamole and salsa verde along with fresh fruit upon request. With small kids we utilized the access to the Vidanta resort which was a breeze and a fun adventure in itself. Thank you so much Katya and Emerita it was a very beautiful and relaxing vacation!!

Fabulous Condo!

This place was amazing! Clean, cool, spacious, lots of light & windows, nice private jacuuzi, well furnished and equipped, comfortable. . . everything we were looking for and more. My husband & I stayed here with our 2 adult children and 3 grandkids for a week and couldn't have been happier. Katya was super available and helpful in booking, answering many questions, etc. She even connected me with Baby Vallarta for a booster seat and stroller to rent for the week for our 2&1/2 year old. Merita, the housekeeper was a delight with her cheerful smile and grace! She brought us fresh fruit from the market, kept the place spotless, did laundry, even made us the best ceviche & chilaquiles! The kids loved the pool & the beach & we went often next door to the huge Vidante resort for restaurants, coffee, ice cream, more pools, kids activities, shows, a boat ride around the lagoon, & walking the gorgeous pathways. The Edzna (condo building) staff was super polite and helpful as well - calling taxis for us, bringing more water when we ran out, etc. Dont' pass this place up if it's available!

Nothing but Amazing!

This property had everything our family could have needed and wanted for our 11 day stay. It was perfect for my husband and I and 3 kids (ages 6, 5 & 3) and in-laws. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked, all the beach and pool toys you could want. It was clean and the views of the pool and beach were perfect. The proximity to the property and the Grand Mayan and Vidanta was perfect. It is such a nice perk to have access right next door to a huge resort. We also were perfectly comfortable hanging out at HUGE condo pool. Katya set up an aiport driver for our arrival and departure. After he dropped my in-laws and the kids off at the condo from the airport he graciously took us back in Puerto Vallarta to Costco and Walmart to stock up for the 11 days we were there. The condo staff and Emerita (the housekeeper) were SO friendly. Emerita made us delicious ceviche and would pick up fresh delicious fruit from the market and cut it up for us. It was beyond enjoyable and would book again in an instant.

I love the ocean and water sports such as wake boarding, skiing, snorkeling and enjoying sunsets and the beach, meditation and Yoga, candles, incense and sound healing and I recently became a Health Coach that loves helping people empower themselves to have a balanced life.

We want to share with other guests the joy and peacefulness we have enjoyed in this condo through the years, watching our kids grow. Hopefully your family will love our place as much as we do.
We believe time spent with your family is priceless and well worth spending in a place as wonderful as this.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property originally to run away from crowds of people specially during the Holiday season and since we are a family of 5, it was hard for us to find a place that would accommodate all of us without having to have 2 separate bedrooms.
Also, when visiting hotels, we were always tired of the place after 1 week.
When we found Mayan Island we loved the concept as we truly believe there is nothing else out there quite like it, that is convenient both for older and younger kids, couples or families.
We fell in love with the place and always spend our favorite Holidays here since this is the only place we find to be peaceful enough during this crazy times.
And we even feel great after 2 months of being here.
We never want to leave...
We also get to see turtles leave their eggs every year and once the little eggs hatch, we even get to see them go back into the ocean.

What makes this property unique

This is a really spacious condo with a gorgeous view specially on the ground floor!
You have the convenience of not having to take the elevator and being able to enjoy a fantastic view.
We have remodeled it to accommodate 10 people in a really comfortable way so that you can have your family gatherings here.
We keep our condo in top shape because we like it looking like brand new and we love taking care of our things. We have fully equipped our kitchen since we personally love having everything you need to cook together and as a family. You won't miss a thing,

Our wonderful housekeeper has being with us for 19 years now and keeps our condo in perfect shape and pampers us when we come visit. We are sure she will pamper you as well and make you feel even better than back home : )

The people in administration are fantastic and always willing to help with anything we need.

This is really a piece of heaven.
