Park City's Finest! Beautifully remodeled home in the heart of Park City features an open, gourmet kitchen, large ski room for outerwear and a beautiful fire place in the living room for gathering. In the back yard you will find a gas burning fire place with large hot tub, along with a large cocktail table. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with laundry, and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom on the first floor. Right across the street from City Park, you can walk the short trail up to Main Street to check out the fabulous restaurants, shops and bars. There is also a bus stop across the street that will whisk you straight up to the ski slopes, or you can walk 2 blocks up and you are there. The Blue Miner is in a perfect location for getting around town, and you really don't need a car while you are here, but there is a garage and driveway for parking if needed.

Awesome downtown PC home

We had a great stay here! Great location - quick walk to ski lifts and downtown shops and restaurants. Nice open kitchen and family room area to gather. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay here! The home is beautiful and we had plenty of room for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 teenage boys.) This location couldn't have been more convenient for our ski trip. The free bus stop is literally outside the front door and took us to and from all of the lifts. When we wanted a nice walk, we could easily walk into town to the shops and restaurants. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay top notch. They are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts, we have ever encountered during a vacation. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this home to others!

Perfect Ski Vacation!

We had such a great time at this house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us, and it is in the perfect location. It's a 5-minute walk from Park CIty Mountain Base and about a 15-minute walk from downtown. Our kids could easily do both and loved the sledding hill a couple of blocks away. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and Carrie answered all of our questions promptly and thoughtfully gave us some helpful restaurant and transportation tips. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a family vacation!The House was very nicely furnished with a great master suite. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. The hot tub was a favorite for our family. We would definitely recommend and would like to stay there again. The location was perfect for our family with two young skiers. Easy access to the main mountain lifts, rentals, and shops. Also easy access to restaurants and coffee shops.

Amazing Christmas Vacation!

I cannot say enough about this amazing house and the wonderful people who own it!! It was truly a pleasure to be able to spend Christmas with my family in a beautiful location and a home that had everything we were looking for. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms perfect. Even a heated toilet seat!! People from the south are not used to that and it was a big hit since it was freezing outside. The house is large enough that everyone could spread out for some quiet time, yet we could all be together sitting around the fire drinking hot cocoa. The kitchen offered everything a cook might need to make simple to elaborate meals for the family. Having the instant hot water at the kitchen sink was a wonderful treat. It allowed even the kids to make their own hot chocolate and boy did they drink a lot of it!! The family also enjoyed the hot tub which was extremely clean and easy to access. We were there 6 days and 5 nights and had a little problem getting the house to warm up. The owners jumped on the problem immediately and had a repair man out to figure out the problem. Until he could get there, they had friends being us by space heaters to make sure we were comfortable!!! I have stayed in many vrbo homes, but I have to say these owners are the most attentive and kind that I have ever worked with. No request went unanswered. I have already told friends about how amazing it was and now they are thinking about visiting! Thanks Randy and Carrie for making our family Christmas vacation a truly amazing time that we will cherish forever.

Great choice in PC

This is a stylish and comfortable home in an excellent location in PC. Great communication by the owners. Be aware that the owners spend a lot of time there (I'm jealous), unlike many other rentals on VRBO, so there are lots of personal items around the house. Everyone loved the house, and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to enjoy Park City

Great house that comfortably fit a group of 8. Amazing location for a relaxing vacation - the ski lifts are a 5 minute walk away, and the free local bus stops 10 feet from your door. The owners were in touch with us responding to all questions promptly via text message. They were very accommodating and helpful all the times. The hot tub is in great condition and is easy to operate. It was cleaned, filled and ready for our arrival. We also appreciated the well equipped and large kitchen which had everything we needed to cook a big Christmas meal. The dining table expands to accommodate 8 and the spacious, well-decorated living room made for a great dinner location. Everyone had a great time - this house is the perfect way to de-stress and enjoy Park City!

Perfect PC Rental!

This one lives up to the hype in the other reviews. Perfect location for both town and the mountain. Recently and very nicely renovated. Owners are unbelievably helpful. Kitchen well outfitted and ready to cook big family meals. Lots of space. This will be my family's preferred lodging in PC for years to come.

INCREDIBLE!!!!!

This house has EVERYTHING you need! The interior and exterior (backyard and hot tub) are impeccable. The rooms and living spaces are all comfortable and enjoyable. The kitchen is brand new with awesome appliances, utensils, etc. The location is excellent for walking to the Park City slopes or Main Street. Our kids also played at the park across the street from the house. This house has IT ALL!!! Also, the owners are the BEST! So friendly, very communicative, and very helpful. They did everything to ensure our trip was easy, fun and special!! I will come back to this house on every visit to Park City!!

Great house for skiing

Unanimously agreed within the family that this is the best place we have rented in last 10 years of visiting Park City. Beautiful house, an easy walk to the main lift, and to stores and around town (just a block from the town library park). Right on the bus line but quiet inside. Great floor plan for a family to be together, or to spread out and still have privacy. Very well provisioned and stocked. Really liked the large mud room with plenty of space to get ski gear off without tracking snow into the main part of the house. Owner interaction was very pleasant; they went out of the way to be accommodating and helpful.

Just got back from a 4 night stay in this amazing property. The house comes with everything you could ever need. It's walking distance to PCMR and Main Street. The owners were in touch a couple hours after we arrived and were very helpful. We already booked our stay for next year!

GREAT PROPERTY

When you book a trip, you really want three things. A great property which looks at least like, or better than, you imagined from the website, responsive owners that help with anything and help quickly, and a location that you find to be perfect. This property was just that. The interior was immaculate and so beautifully decorated and organized. It was well stocked with dishes, towels and kitchen appliances. You could cook anything you wanted there, as they had it all. Everything was clean and in working order. The little extras were such a great touch. Owners were great and answered all inquiries promptly. We were there for Sundance Film Festival, and the location was perfect. We will definitely look to rent again there next year. The mountain view is breathtaking and it really is conveniently located to downtown and other nearby parks. They even had holiday decorations & a tree up, which was such a nice touch. We did wish there was another TV so that we could have watched some of the other Bowl games as currently there are just 2.

Wonderful place & owners

Carrie was extremely helpful, super responsive and accommodating to a couple of requests we had during our stay. The house is absolutely amazing and an easy walk to Main Street and to the lifts. We used Uber a lot but even if you drive, there is parking on the street that isn't a bad option if you've got multiple cars. Our group voted that the place sleeps 9 adults comfortably - only because no one wanted to take the pull out couch in the living room. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great House + excellent location + very helpful owners

I've used VRBO for 4 years to book 6 ski trips in Park City and this is hands down the best house + location + most helpful owners available for the price. Property was as described, well maintained and clean, and will certainly book here again next season. We stayed for 5 days in February 2016 and couldn't have been more pleased with the house itself. Plenty of room for 8 adults (could even fit more with the spare mattresses + fold out couches), spacious living + kitchen space, and easy access and ski storage via the garage. Big hot tub (fits 8) right out the back door + BBQ + fire pit with views of the entire frontside of the Park City slopes from the back yard. The owners Carrie and Randy are extremely helpful, very quick to respond to emails and flexible with odd arrival hours. We arrived around midnight and Carrie was even good enough to pick up something beforehand for us to cook for breakfast the next morning. Top location - <5min walk to the base lifts (straight through the Park City resort main parking area), and <10min walk to main street bars & restaurants, or alternately the free bus going there stops 2 houses down. Great house, location, owners, and good value. You really can't miss with this house.

A warm and cosy gem in beautiful Park City

After a couple of false starts (one house sold, the next sadly damaged by water) with our Park City accommodation booking - we DEFINITELY got third time lucky when we chanced upon this gem of a house. Right from our first contact Carrie and Randy could not have been more welcoming or responsive. We were so grateful for their quick email returns and wonderful information that put our mind at ease as we tried to negotiate a new booking one week out for 11 people from the other side of the globe- Carrie was even kind enough to ring me to get everything locked in- greatly appreciated. On arrival we could not believe our luck.. there was no detail missed.. a beautiful warm and spacious home, super comfortable beds and all the little extras you need to get your holiday started. We arrived late in the night and the next morning hit the slopes early with a VERY easy 5 step walk out our door to the free shuttle bus service.. this got us to Deer Valley in about 10 minutes and when we skied Park City we simply walked out the back door for 5 mins and we were there- and this was with 6 kids...!!! We loved cooking at home in the gourmet kitchen most nights but when we ventured up the street into town it was an easy stroll. Each night as we rested our tired but happy ski bodies on the oversized couches around the warm fire, we commented on what a wonderful comfortable home this was- just perfect! We had one small issue with the plumbing and Randy had that fixed within an hour or two of me contacting him- you can't ask for more than that. Park City is a truly unique town with just the right combination of awesome slopes, incredible historic buildings and a charm that can't be matched- we would love to come back and see this beautiful place in the summer. A heartfelt thank you to Randy and Carrie for sharing their wonderful home with us x

Beautiful, spacious home away from home

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. We often walked up to the main city just to tour and read the placards on the historic buildings. If we didn't feel like walking, the free bus was right out the door. Our grandson loved the short walk to the sledding hill at the public library. The home itself is comfortable, with comfortable beds and furniture and equipped in every way, including some spices and foods that we found useful. I was even impressed with the kitchen knives, and that doesn't happen often. The owner contacted us soon after we got there to make sure that everything was to our liking, and remained available to us by phone in case we had any problems. We had only one: it was difficult to keep the house warm. The eco settings on the thermostats were in the low 60s, and they returned to those settings automatically, so that we had to turn them back up to 72 about every hour. The outside temperature was in the single digits, and we had to wear double layers of sweat suits to be comfortable in the house. We kept the gas fireplace going all day when we were in the house. I know part of that is due to the spaciousness of the house, but it was a problem. Other than that, the vacation was wonderful; our host was most kind, and I probably would come back to this house again--when it's warmer outside.

Fabulous!

This home has a fantastic location right across from the park. It's a short walk to Main Street for all the action. The home itself is finished beautifully with a lot of space.The outdoor space is awesome. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the master bedroom just watching the world go by. The back has a private hot tub and a great little fire pit and chairs to sit and relax. Wintertime would be absolutely amazing in this location. Carrie was great to work with and we had everything we needed. Loved it!! We would definitely come back again!!

Living the Dream

We stayed at this amazing house for 7 nights during February 2015. After booking the holiday from Australia we found the whole process was super smooth. Carrie, the owner, went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival - and this included a few personal touches for our toddler. When we finally arrived we found the house to be immaculate and with all the instructions and recommendations from the Carrie to help us enjoy our stay. It is the perfect rental property for a family or large group who wants to (temporarily) live the dream in the winter wonderland of Park City. The house boasts everything a large group could ask for... from a well equipped kitchen, big dining table, cozy sofas in front of the fireplace, cable TV, plenty of rooms and sleeping options, large bathrooms, an outdoor hot tub, a fire pit and much more. The location is prime as PCMR, the supermarket, restaurants and Main Street are only a pleasant walk away. If you don't feel like walking you can literally catch a free bus from the front door to take you to Main Street, to the ski resorts or to the Outlet Center, etc. We really can't say anything more about how impressed we were with this large and luxury home away from home and also Park City itself. It's got to be the greatest town to take your winter vacation.

The Blue Miner is in a perfect location, with access to Main Street and the Mountain either by a quick bus ride, or on foot. Out the kitchen window you will see Historic Miners Hospital, the central feature of City Park. No homes exist directly across the street, only nature and beauty.

The location of this home is ideal for skiing, hiking, biking and short distance to Main St. The first floor has been remodeled and very contemporary inside. Very comfortable spot for up to 8 people.
