Located on the best 'gas lamp' street in the 'trees' the home boasts 5 large bedrooms (King and 4 Queen size beds, 5 & 1/2 baths, Media room with flatscreen TV, an outdoor room with wood burning fireplace and HD flatscreen TV, gourmet kitchen, separate bar entertaining area with HD flatscreen TV, and just about every possible amenity. Beach chairs are included. Charming downtown Manhattan Beach is just a quick 5-7 minute walk. LAX airport is just 10 minutes away. PLEASE CHECK OUR CALENDAR FOR AVAILABLE DATES! THIS IS OUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE, AND IS ONLY AVAILABLE A FEW WEEKS OF THE YEAR.
