Welcome to the "Die Insel" apartment building, in the beautiful Seaside Apartment 7—your perfect getaway for an unforgettable holiday on the Baltic Sea!
This lovingly furnished holiday apartment offers 57 m² of space for up to 4 people and is ideal for families with children as well as couples who want to enjoy the peace and quiet and the picturesque surroundings.

Located on the ground floor, you’ll find a light-filled and modern atmosphere.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms where you can enjoy restful nights.
The master bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet. The smaller bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bunk bed (160x200 cm with separate mattresses) and a closet. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms ensure an undisturbed night’s sleep.

The open-concept kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a 4-burner stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. Whether you want to whip up a simple breakfast or a festive dinner, you’ll find everything you need here.
The dining area, complete with a dining table, offers plenty of space.

The cosy living room invites you to relax after a day at the beach. Lean back on the comfortable sofa or enjoy time together in the sofa corner. Entertainment is also taken care of: a TV, a radio, and a CD player are at your disposal.
The bathroom features a modern shower, a mirror, and a sink.

A special highlight is the balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and an awning, where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air with a glass of wine.
Here you can relax at the end of the day and let your gaze wander over the green surroundings.
A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available in the shared basement.

The holiday rental is child-friendly and comes with a private parking space, so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to park. The beach is just 100 metres away—perfect for a day full of sun and fun! You’ll also find shopping options nearby (300 m), and the city centre is just 350 m away.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

Facilities:

The “Die Insel” apartment building is centrally located in a quiet area near the beach in Timmendorfer Strand. The pedestrian zone, the fine sandy beach, and the beautiful spa park are just a few minutes’ walk away. A parking space is available right next to the building. There is also a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement. A bicycle storage room and an outdoor bicycle parking area are available for guests bringing their own bicycles. The apartments on the 1st or 2nd floor are easily accessible in Building 2a via an lift.

Unfortunately, there is no lift in Building 2.
