Old, cosy house "Bea", 2 storeys. In the district of Adsubia, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.8 km from the sea, 1.8 km from the beach, located by a road, on a main road. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, roofed, parking on the premises. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 400 m, bar 1.4 km, café 1.4 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 1.8 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca" 2.3 km. Sports harbour 2.2 km, surf school 2.2 km, sailing school 2.2 km, tennis 2.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
