A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THIS CONDO....
Lokelani B104 is a newly remodeled one bedroom premium unit. It has cherry laminate living room floors, maple kitchen cabinets with granite counter tops and a new walk in shower bathroom. The bedroom is carpeted and contains cable TV. The kitchen is fully furnished and for extra guests there is a comfortable queen sofa sleeper. B104 is the perfect choice for guests that want a comfortable place to stay and call home. The Hawaiian theme decorations whispers peace, harmony and serenity. Waking up to a clear blue green Pacific is a great way to start one’s day and nice place to come “home” to at the end of a busy fun filled day.

WHERE ARE WE....
We are located between the beautiful Ka’anapali resorts and Kapalua. We are close to shopping, award-winning golf courses, and restaurants, only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka’anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries. Everything you need is within walking distance so you could go days without getting in your car.
We are looking forward to you coming and enjoying our beautiful island.

COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER!!
A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. There's also Horseback riding tours. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes. Maui has some of the worlds most famous beaches to check out.

Can't beat the location and view from this condo. Steps from the beach, very private. Condo was as advertised. Few issues early on (external) but the property managers handled quickly. I would return to this unit or others from this condo again.

The condo is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend it. Location is not far from Kapalua or Kaanapali, but off the beaten track so you can enjoy a super relaxed feel without too many tourists around.

The family had a total of 2 condos (B104 & B204) Only concerns would be some people still smoked onsite (are condo owners allowed to smoke?) a clear lounge chair usage policy (some people came right up to our lanai to sit in chairs) and the bbq's need replacing. These are very small concerns overall and we would still give Lokelani a 5 star review! If you want a quiet and relaxing place close to the ocean, Lokelani is the place for you!

As beautiful as it looks

Was extremely impressed with the views and how organized the check-in and check-out processes were. A bonus I did not expect: this place had an awesome amount of kitchen supplies, only thing I had difficulty with was finding measuring spoons, but that’s really about it.

We had a beautiful ocean front view to enjoy our coffee to every morning and soak up the gorgeous sunsets in the evening! Good location, easy to get to lots of great beaches and restaurants! Did not disappoint!!

Great place!

Clean, nice, good access to a local beach, laid back, hidden gem, and great view! We found the condo well appointed. There was no extra sports equipment so you will need to bring or rent your own. It was surprising how secluded we felt in a condo complex. Room can get hot in the afternoon with the western exposure if you don't lower the shade and keep the windows open for airflow.

There were numerous Weber BBQ grills available. The ocean was just steps away. Landscaping was neat and tidy. The administrative staff was SO helpful. We will definitely return! My only complaint (and I know I have an unusually fussy back) was the mattress. It was fine for my husband (and probably for most people), but I woke with an achy back each morning. The office said it was likely that the owner might replace it soon.

Beautiful view, close to Lahaina and Kaanapali, kitchen was set up had everything we needed. The bed was more than comfortable and pullout was good enough for our daughter too. Owner provided most everything we needed with WiFi and instructions for condo in binder. Ceiling fans kept us cool, was somewhat disappointed that we had to pay extra (which we refused) in order to use the AC. Seems like that should be included with room price. The slider/screen door to patio is ridiculous. A person shouldn’t have to put any effort to open and close those going in and out of the unit. The screen constantly would get stuck with slider to point where our daughter couldn’t open by herself. And when it’s hot all day and we want screens closed but slider open it was more than a nuisance. They need to be replaced. Also the complex’s pool is lame. Located in the parking lot and small we had no interest in swimming in it.
