Villa Lucrezia is located in the stunning bay of Torre delle Stelle, just 100 metres from a beach with fine sand and crystal-clear water. The comfortable apartment is on the ground floor of the villa. The garden surrounding the house is characterised by Mediterranean macchia vegetation. The kitchen and the living room with a fireplace are uniquely furnished in the Sardinian style. The living room features a double sofa bed. The master bedroom, with its own bathroom, has air conditioning and both an internal and external entrance. Outdoor showers are also available. To ensure maximum comfort for our guests, we provide private parking in front of the house. Villa Lucrezia promotes sustainability; it is powered by photovoltaic panels and solar collectors for electricity and hot water. The villa’s location is unparalleled: 100 metres from the sandy beach, 250 metres from bars, a large supermarket, a restaurant/pizzeria serving excellent local cuisine (Palmira: a local institution), and an ATM. Just a few metres away, you’ll also find a diving school, a small beach area with umbrellas and lounge chairs, and the option to rent various boats.
