You can easily reach the houseboat via a short dock. Spanning 50 m², you’ll find tastefully furnished accommodation that combine maritime charm with modern comforts. The open-concept living and dining area is bright and inviting, thanks to the large panoramic windows that make you feel as if you’re floating right on the water. The cosy seating area invites you to relax—whether with a book, a glass of wine, or simply to watch the sailboats glide by. Open the sliding doors to the sun deck at the bow and enjoy the fresh breeze. To ensure you’re always comfortable, blackout pleated blinds and an infrared heater provide warmth and privacy—no matter whether it’s summer or winter.

A special highlight is the spacious panoramic deck, which you can reach via a small staircase. Furnished with comfortable lounge furniture, it offers a 360° view of the fjord and the harbour. Whether for breakfast in the morning sun, sunbathing, or relaxing in the evening—here you can experience the most beautiful moments right on the water.

The houseboat also features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed where you can truly unwind. The modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is both practical and stylish. And the best part? On board, there’s a private sauna where you can truly unwind after a day at the beach or a trip to Laboe.

Laboe itself is right on your doorstep—literally. Just a few steps separate you from the sandy beach, which is especially well-suited for families thanks to its shallow swimming areas. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops invite you to stroll around and indulge in some fine dining. If you’re in the mood for some activity, there are plenty of opportunities for water sports or exciting excursions along the coast.
