Only one key - safe not working

The appartement as such is nice, cozy and super near to the cross-country skiing trails. The kitchen is well equipped and there is enough room for tucking away clothes. The extra bed in the living room also is comfortable. But this one thing really was disappointing: there is only one key. For independently leaving the house, we had to deposit it in a small safe inside the postbox in the entrance of the house. The safe got blocked, we were locked out and had to call the emergency number.

We understand the inconvenience caused by having only one key and truly regret the situation with the safe. For security reasons, we provide only one key for smart checkin as it is a special security key. This helps us ensure that keys are always returned and that we have one available for emergency situations or the next guest.

Appartement très bien situé dans Celerina. Equipements électriques tous fonctionnels. Appartement très propre à l'arrivée. Parking en sous-sol dans le garage très pratique. Lave-linge et sèche linge communs très bien aussi.
