A very nice apartment in a very nice location, close to the event we were going to. They allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. But calling it a 2 bedroom apartment is very misleading. It is a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and small living area. The living area is not a bedroom; it is open to the kitchen and the outside door opens directly into the space. We had two couples and one single so we planned to have a bedroom for each couple and the couch for the single. Fortunately the single was able to take a bus to stay with a friend 30 minutes away.Also, finding the door to the apartment was very confusing. We received 5 photos, 2 of which were duplicated, and none gave a clue as to where the door was and one was exactly the wrong door.

We would like to clarify that you were fully informed before your arrival about the layout of the property, including the number of bedrooms, the available beds, and the sofa bed arrangement. In fact, because we were concerned that your group might feel more comfortable with additional space, we specifically suggested renting our second apartment, which is located right next door to this one. This option would have allowed each couple to have its own private accommodation while still staying together throughout the holiday. Unfortunately, our recommendation was declined, and the reservation proceeded for the current property despite all information regarding the sleeping arrangements having been clearly communicated from the beginning. For this reason, we are surprised by the concern raised after arrival, as the accommodation and its layout correspond exactly to the description and the information provided prior to the booking.
