Our holiday rental has been run by the Theiding family since 2010. The apartment features 3 cosy rooms with modern amenities.
We want every guest to feel at home with us—whether for a short stay or a longer holiday.

The holiday rental is located in a particularly quiet yet central area, ideal for relaxation and exploring the region. It’s in Obermarschacht, right near the Marschachter Hof restaurant, the church, and City Hall.
Thanks to excellent transport links, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature while also quickly reaching all major attractions and recreational activities in Hamburg, Lüneburg, Winsen/Luhe, Geesthacht, and Lauenburg.

In the immediate vicinity of our accommodation, you’ll find shops and restaurants offering everything you need for a pleasant stay.
There are a variety of sights and destinations available for you to explore the region. Cyclists, in particular, will find many interesting destinations in the surrounding area.
Whether you want to enjoy nature or experience cultural highlights, you’ll find something to suit every taste here. We look forward to welcoming you to our lodging and are always happy to provide tips for your stay!



90-square-meter holiday apartment with a balcony:

Enjoy your stay in our quiet and charming holiday apartment.
The spacious, bright, and cosy living area invites you to relax and is equipped with two sofas, a 55-inch TV with satellite TV, a modern internet radio, a Blu-ray player, a reading chair, and a balcony from which you can enjoy panoramic views of the dike and the Elbe River.
The dining area, with a table that seats six, is perfect for a cosy get-together.
One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m), while the second bedroom features a single bed and a fold-out bed. Both rooms have effective blackout curtains.
The modern kitchen has everything you could want and is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, a toaster, and a washing machine.
The bathroom, which has natural light, features a shower, towels, a hair dryer, and a cosmetic mirror.



On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged after booking the apartment. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 21 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price. Payment can be made in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Access to the apartment is via a PIN. You will find a key inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed. A cot is available.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
