Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment Höllerhof Apt Hans with step-free interior is located in Cornedo all'Isarco. The 35 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with a garden, balcony, and playground.

Experience a relaxing vacation at the Höllerhof farm in Collepietra (Val d'Ega, South Tyrol).

Our cozy vacation apartment is located in a separate house near the farm and offers you plenty of peace and privacy.

You reach the apartment via a staircase with a private entrance.

The outdoor area with terrace invites you to relax, surrounded by meadows and forests - with a magnificent view of the Alps.

The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities in every season.

In summer, hiking trails, via ferratas, mountain bike trails and winding panoramic roads for motorcyclists await you.

In winter, the Carezza and Obereggen/Latemar ski areas are just 30 minutes away, ideal for skiing, cross-country skiing and winter hikes.

The provincial capital of Bolzano/Bozen is also within easy reach.

For added convenience, free Wi-Fi, a small library and board and leisure games are available.

A lockable garage for cars, motorcycles and bicycles is available free of charge. You can also purchase our own farm produce.

Please note that smoking, pets and events are not permitted in the vacation apartment.

Neue Ferienwohnung in den Bergen

Pros: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung und nette Gastgeber Familie. Direkt neben dem Wald gelegen haben wir die Ruhe und die tolle Aussicht genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Euch. Liebe Grüße aus Österreich

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Insbesondere das Holz verbereitet ein angenehmes Raumklima. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man üblicherweise benötigt. Sollte man Wünsche oder Fragen haben, wohnen die Gastgeber in der Nähe, die das sehr freundliche Gastgeberpaar, Martina und Thomas, gerne beantworten und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Auch sehr schön: Es gibt auf Wunsch einen Brötchenservice. Um 6 Uhr morgens wird geliefert. Interessant für Frühaufsteher (natürlich auch für Langschläfer :) ), die vor einer Wanderung oder Biketour den Tag mit frischen Brötchen oder Brot beginnen wollen. Sicherlich auch ein Highlight: Die abendliche Ruhe, die sich auf der Terasse genießen lässt. Cons: Diesbezüglich gibt es wirklich gar nichts.
