Important Information for Your Stay:

Number of Guests: Please provide the correct number of guests when booking. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, including children and infants.

Children: Children are warmly welcome but must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Dogs: House-trained small and medium-sized dogs are welcome. Larger dogs (e.g., Rottweiler, Dobermann, German Wirehaired Pointer) cannot be accommodated out of consideration for our neighbors. Please specify the size and breed of your dog in the comment field when making your booking request.

Parking: One free parking space is available directly at the property. Additional public parking is available nearby.

Construction Work: Construction is currently taking place in the neighboring building. This may occasionally lead to noise or minor disruptions. We will inform you in advance about any relevant developments.

Note: If house rules are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge an additional cleaning fee.
