I have been living in Berlin for over 40 years and I especially enjoy the summers in Berlin with biking, swimming and exploring the outdoors. During my spare time I also work as a volunteer in a hospice network in Berlin.
Why they chose this property
My neighborhood is very central in Berlin, yet quiet, safe and very green. It has all the necessary shops and restaurants nearby to live comfortably in the big city.
What makes this property unique
It has a very high ceiling, which gives the apartment a very spacious and roomy feeling. The terrace opens to the canopy of a green backyard - where you feel almost like being in the countryside. In addition to the unique design, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air condition, an elevator and a parking spot right in front of the building.
