Renovated in 2025, it is well suited for guests who value practical comfort, privacy, and an easy daily routine—whether you are travelling as a family, planning outdoor days with hiking or cycling, or combining your stay with golf, culture, and local attractions. Children are welcome, and up to two pets are permitted, making it a flexible choice for a wide range of travel plans.
The house accommodates up to four guests and features a total of three rooms, including two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom with shower, and an additional guest WC. Parquet flooring in both the living room and bedrooms adds a warm, coherent feel throughout the interior. For added comfort and privacy, all windows are equipped with visual protection.
The living area includes a sofa corner and dining area with a dining table, as well as a TV with cable connection and international channels. Internet and Wi‑Fi are available, allowing you to stay connected during your stay. Central heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate across seasons.
Casa Monica also provides a closed, well-equipped kitchen designed for convenient self-catering. You have a 4-plate stove, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, and essential kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. For your daily routines, the kitchen includes both a coffee machine and an espresso machine, as well as a toaster, kettle, spices, and dish towels.
Outdoor space is a key advantage: the property is enclosed and features a garden with garden furniture and a lawn for relaxing. A covered terrace/balcony area is available, offering a sheltered spot to sit outside. The setting includes a limited landscape and mountain view, ideal for a calm, open-air break while still enjoying a sense of the surroundings.
Arrivals and day trips are straightforward, with a private parking area offering three parking spaces on site. A car is recommended. Shopping facilities, restaurants, and public transport are each approximately 1,300 m away, and golfing is around 1,500 m away, supporting both convenient everyday planning and leisure activities.
For practical longer stays, you can use the washing machine (private use), drying rack, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron, as well as helpful storage such as a wardrobe and shoe cabinet. Bed linen is provided.
