Avegno is the first village at the entrance to the beautiful Maggia Valley, approximately 7 km from Locarno. The nearby Maggia River, just a short walk away, is perfect for swimming and relaxing on warm summer days.

This charming rustico, completely rebuilt in 2013 in traditional local style, enjoys lovely mountain views. It is situated on the edge of the village while still being adjacent to the village square. In front of the living room, guests can enjoy a private patio with granite stone flooring and garden furniture, as well as a private garden with lawn, ideal for relaxing or playing.

The property is for exclusive use. Direct car access is available to the house. Several public parking spaces are located immediately behind the property, with additional parking approximately 50 metres away. The bus stop is about 50 metres away, the Maggia River with swimming opportunities about 100 metres, and shops approximately 350 metres away.

Bed linen, kitchen linen and a baby cot are provided. Pets are not allowed.

The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished.

Ground floor: Living and dining area with a daybed, dining table, Swedish wood-burning stove, Blu-ray TV (no TV channels), and an open-plan modern kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob. Direct access to the private garden terrace and lawn. Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Stairs lead to the upper floor.

First floor: Two bedrooms, each furnished with one French double bed (140 cm wide).
