For shared use: meadow. Children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 950 m, restaurant 1.1 km, café 950 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 2.2 km. Minigolf 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Abstric

Die Fewo war sehr angenehm. Viel Platz, sauber und gute Lage. Leider waren die Betten massiv durchgelegen. Die Matratzen müssen unbedingt ausgewechselt werden. Die Kaffeemaschine ist auch in die Jahre gekommen und sollte erneuert werden. Die Außenanlage, Spielplatz, Terrasse und Garten sind top.

Schönes Haus, aber...

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus. Aber..., Dusche undicht, ständig stampfte man nach dem Duschen in eine Wasserlache. Die Bettauflagen/Matratzenauflagen waren von der Farbe her schon ordentlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zwischen Betten und Wand war es schon ordentlich staubig/schmutzig. An dem kleinen Schlafzimmerfenster ist gleich der Heizkeller/Werkstatt, dort meinte der Vermieter morgens gegen 10.00 mit einer Flexibilität einen abgebrannten Topf sauber zu flexen. Mehr passt hernieder nicht rein.
