For shared use: meadow. Children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: central heating system. Grocery, supermarket 950 m, restaurant 1.1 km, café 950 m, 12 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 800 m, sandy beach 2.2 km. Minigolf 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
