4-star chalet for 8 people, 120 m2 on 3 levels. Old farmhouse completely renovated in the mountain spirit by the owner, a local craftsman.



Very cosy with all modern comforts. 4 double bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 3 x 140cm beds) with 3 bathrooms (one with bath and 2 with showers) and 3 toilets. A large room with table for 8/10 people and another table - fully equipped kitchen,

On the 2nd floor, a sitting area with TV and sofa, and a round table for 4/5 people. e. 2 balconies + outdoor table.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Private parking in the courtyard for several cars, very easy to access.



Located in the small mountain hamlet of Salvagny 74740 SIXT-FER A CHEVAL.

Small family resort, part of the Grand Massif.

Alpine ski area - Nordic ski area - ski touring - tobogganing, paret, airboarding

Hiking and snowshoeing - dog sledding.

Free shuttle bus passes in front of the chalet, taking you to the start of the Grand Massif Express in 5 minutes. Return on skis via the 14 km waterfall trail linking Flaine to Sixt-Fer à cheval.



MAGNIFICENT VIEW of the MOUNTAINS and CASCADES. Exceptional sites: Cascade du Rouget, Cirque du Fer à Cheval. Architectural heritage: ancient villages, hamlets, 12th-century abbey, numerous chapels and oratories, crosses.

In summer: departure point for numerous hikes: GR 5 and GR 96. 10 easily accessible refuges.
