The newly renovated three room apartment (80 square meters) has space for up to six persons and many amenities: a parking spot, lockable bicycle parking spaces, WiFi, smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a flexible check-in with codebox and a special price in the gym with sauna.
Furthermore, you reach the city center in 20 minutes walk and the one of the most popular promenade on the river Mosel in 10 minutes walk.

Each bedroom (2) has a 1.60 meter large bed.

The living room also has a comfortable couch, which can also be opened (->
possible sleeping space for 2 more people).

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and kettle), so that you can cook by yourself. You can buy the products in the supermarket Aldi or Rewe located right next to the building of the apartment.

Die Wohnung war sauber und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns dort an unserem Wochenende in Koblenz sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Check-In und der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin ist unkompliziert, man bekommt alle wichtigen Informationen schon vor dem Aufenthalt. DieWohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Tolle Zeit in Koblenz

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt im Modern Apartment. Olga hat im Vorfeld ein sehr hilfreiches Dossier mit sämtlichen Informationen zur Wohnung und Koblenz zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Beschreibung im Inserat passte zu 100% zur Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen wieder!
