Kommunikation/Erreichbarkeit im Vorfeld super Sauberkeit jedoch nur oberflächlich Haus z.T. sehr abgewohnt = steht nicht im Verhältnis zum Mietpreis Multimedia im Haus maximal ausreichend (Fernseher hatte Aussetzer; alte Hifi-Anlage) Terrasse sehr dringend zu sanieren Badezimmer im OG völlig veraltet

Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass der Eindruck von Sauberkeit und Zustand des Hauses nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Bei einem älteren Haus sind gewisse Gebrauchsspuren natürlich nicht zu vermeiden, dennoch liegt uns viel daran, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als angemessen empfinden.
