The Ostseenixe Captain’s House is located on a quiet side street lined with captain’s houses, which ends just 300 metres away at the entrance to Wustrow’s Fisherman’s Beach. Not only are you just a short walk from the beach here—the lively town centre, with its many restaurants, shopping options, the Schifferkirche, and the pier, is also nearby. Leisure activities range from biking and hiking tours on the nearby dike to Zeesboot cruises or sightseeing trips from the idyllic Wustrow harbour to a full day at the beach—this is where your holiday begins.

About the Holiday Rental
This charming and modernly furnished holiday rental is located on the ground floor of Haus Ostseenixe. The open-concept living and kitchen area features a cosy couch next to the wood-burning stove. Materials such as velvet, wood, metal, and a cowhide rug are not only tasteful and trendy but also create a very cosy living atmosphere. The kitchenette and dining table by the floor-to-ceiling windows are also integrated into the living area. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed and promises restful nights for a relaxing holiday. The holiday rental is rounded out by a bathroom with natural light, including a shower and toilet.

A small balcony is also part of the holiday rental and is accessible from the living area. Here you can start your day with a sunny breakfast or wind down in the evening. There is a bench on the 650-square-meter property, which features a small lawn. The outbuilding contains a grill that can be used by all guests staying in the house. One parking space per apartment is available.

Special Features
A washing machine is located in the utility room in the hallway and is available to all guests. Please note: The parking spaces on the property are arranged so that two vehicles are always parked one behind the other. Tenants of the house will therefore need to coordinate with one another.

Starting in mid-April 2026, a lockable bicycle storage area will be available where bicycles can be stored safely and dry.
