Die Buchung bei Koch verlief vollkommen problemlos. Kurz vor Ankunft bekamen wir eine Mail das unser Haus schon fertig sei und wir früher den Schlüssel haben könnten. Super Service. Kurz vor Sylvester kam ein Mitarbeiter mit einer Flasche Prosecco vorbei und fragte ob alles in Ordnung sei. Das haben wir noch bei keinem Makler erlebt. Danke! Die Immobilie entsprach voll unseren Ansprüchen und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

für uns gib es keine Alternative - Kochs Objekte sind verlässlich gut, der Service zuvorkommend, die Abwicklung schnell und problemlos. SPO geht allerdings für uns nur in der Nebensaison, da wir eher die Ruhe lieben. unbedingt - jederzeit wir kennen die FA seit 2018 und sind per Internet damals auf "Fannis Hus"- leider nicht mehr in der Vermietung - gestoßen und seitdem wegen der gepflegten Objekte (wir kennen bereits 5 Objekte) bei der FA geblieben.

St. Peter Ording ist sehr schön und wir waren schon öfter dort. Ein Vorteil ist, dass der Bus in der Kurkarte enthalten ist. Dadurch kann man zwischen Ortsteilen pendeln. Ja, denn es hat allen gut gefallen Wir haben im Internet bewusst nach 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern gesucht mit guter Lage.
