In the district of La Ciaccia, 4 km from the centre of Valledoria, in a quiet, sunny position, 450 m from the sea, 450 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced). Terrace, barbecue house. In the house: solarium. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 150 m, sandy beach "La Ciaccia" 450 m, thermal baths 11 km.
