Welcome to "Villa Amanda" on Rügen. Our lovely “Holiday Rental 2” in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz invites you to relax and unwind. Your very own beach chair is already waiting for you at the beach!

The holiday rental, featuring a living room, open kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower, is warmly and comfortably furnished. After a day at the beach or a bike ride, you can completely unwind in the cosy living room with its sofa set and TV. A large dining table in the bay window provides the perfect setting for shared meals or fun game nights.

An open kitchen is available for convenient self-catering—equipped with a stove, oven, and dishwasher, among other amenities.

Two separate bedrooms provide pleasant places to retreat. Each is furnished with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm; 180 cm x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms is located on the glass-enclosed veranda.

Enjoy wonderfully relaxing moments on the covered balcony of the holiday rental! Reading a good book in peace or sitting together comfortably here is a wonderful holiday experience. Or you can relax in the cosy beach chair on Binz Beach. Beach chair number 4349 is located at exit 10, heading towards 9 (from May 1 through October 31).

A modern shower room and a small storage room round out the holiday rental.

Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi and a parking space in front of the house.

“Villa Amanda” is located right on Putbuser Straße, the oldest street in the idyllic Baltic Sea resort of Binz. With its charming, whimsical elements of seaside resort architecture, it was reconstructed in 1998–99 based on original plans.

Its location on the edge of the beautiful Granitz beech forest is quiet yet central. A 2–3-minute walk takes you to the gorgeous sandy beach on the Baltic Sea, the tennis courts, the lively centre of Binz, and the pier.
