You can enjoy a wonderful holiday in this charming and stylishly furnished 2-room apartment with a loggia balcony and panoramic views of Grömitz. With 48 m² of living space, it offers a cosy holiday home by the sea for up to 4 people.

A light-filled combined living/dining room with a stylishly integrated kitchenette and an adjoining dining area for 4 people awaits you. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic appliances, including a small, portable oven for your holiday meals—cook whatever your heart desires here in good company! In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa (200x200 cm) and a modern 55-inch flat-screen TV. From the southeast-facing balcony, you can look out over the rooftops of Grömitz, and in the distance, you can even catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. An awning provides shade for your spacious outdoor area, and high-quality lounge furniture ensures comfort—here you can relax in the evening with a good glass of wine or enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine. In the separate bedroom, which features blackout exterior blinds, two people can make themselves comfortable in the double bed (140x200 cm, single-piece mattress). The built-in closet offers storage space for your holiday clothes; the bedroom also features a second flat-screen TV and a radio alarm clock. The shower room is just as tastefully and stylishly designed as the entire apartment. A dark tile floor, contrasting with the white fixtures, exudes high-quality modernity, while amenities such as a spacious, semicircular corner shower and a towel-warming rail ensure a pleasant atmosphere. The entryway and hallway feature additional built-in closets with plenty of storage space.

An outdoor parking space at the apartment complex, with your choice of spot, is reserved for you. There is an lift in the building. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the apartment.
