Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

Through the wheelchair-accessible entrance of the Haus Meeresstrand building, you can take the lift to your holiday rental. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll be impressed by the high-gloss porcelain tile flooring. You enter the apartment through a small hallway with a coat closet and large mirrored doors. All rooms are accessible from the hallway.

On the right is the small shower room with a toilet and heated towel rack, which has a special charm thanks to its marble tiles. A built-in closet with a mirrored door offers ample storage space for your bathroom essentials. To the left of the bathroom is the bedroom, featuring a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a three-door wardrobe, and direct access to the balcony. From the bedroom, you can walk through the hallway into the living-dining area, which features an open, well-equipped built-in kitchen with high-quality appliances. The sofa bed (sleeping area 140x200 cm) provides an additional sleeping option. Amenities include a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system with a CD player and radio, and Wi-Fi access. The large, northwest-facing balcony with a side view of the sea—which is also accessible from the living area—invites you to unwind in a cosy atmosphere in the evenings.

Please note that this accommodation does not include a parking space. Depending on availability, you can park your car in a nearby public car park (approx. 200 m away, for a fee). Bicycle storage is available outside the property. A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee.
