Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Apartments service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

Located near the beach, this one-room holiday apartment with a balcony offers approximately 25 m² of living space and accommodates up to 2 people in a prime location in Scharbeutz.

The combined living room and bedroom features a comfortable sleeper sofa (160x200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, and adjoins the dining area, which offers ample space for all guests. Diese Wohnung liegt zwar direkt an der Promenade, aber der Ausblick ist nicht so optimal, da nach hinten raus. Das Badzimmer ist ohne Fenster, daher sehr dunkel. Das Wohn/Esszimmer mit Küche ist ausreichend und funktionnal aber sehr abgewirtschaftet. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Staub und Spinnweben in der Lüftung im Badezimmer und an der Wand. Die Badvorleger sehen aus als wenn sie noch niemals gewechselt wurden. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß und ebenfalls zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Hier stehen die Bestuhlung und der Tisch aber in einem Jurassik Park voller Unkraut und Gräser. Die angebrachte Markise lässt sich nicht mehr einfahren und klappert bei Wind, also an der Küste immer. Die Wohnung müsste dringend renoviert und überarbeitet werden. Wir würden diese Wohnung nicht nochmals buchen.

Kraushaar würden wir weiterempfehlen aber nicht die Wohnung. Das Sofa als Bett ist in dem jetzigen Zustand eine Zumutung Der Schrank unter dem Fernseher ist die rechte Tür defekt. An dem viel zu kleinen Tisch ist die Kante lose. Der Wasserhahn im Bad spritzt könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch für das lieblose Appartement.
