The Scharbeutzflair duplex apartment welcomes you with elegance and timeless style. The bright, spacious living/dining area with a cosy sofa arrangement—which can be transformed into a sleeping area in no time—invites you to linger. Make yourself comfortable on the furnished southwest-facing balcony and toast your holiday with a dinner under the open sky; an electrically retractable awning provides ample sun protection. The separate, modern kitchen with a Nespresso machine and dishwasher ensures a pleasant self-catering experience. After a wonderful day on holiday—the Baltic Sea beach is only about 200 metres away—the two bedrooms offer a restful night’s sleep. Both rooms are equipped with a box-spring double bed (180x200 cm or 2x 100x200 cm) and a TV. The upstairs bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Another comfortable shower room is located on the lower floor.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. There is a shared bicycle storage room. A high chair and Wi-Fi are included.
