From the bright, charming living area—which is fully equipped with a TV, Bluetooth speaker, and a dining nook—you have direct access to the furnished balcony with a gas grill. The well-equipped, modern kitchen—featuring an induction stove, dishwasher, and espresso machine (Nespresso)—blends seamlessly into the space and invites you to transform regional ingredients into delicious meals. The master bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200 cm). On the loft area of this bedroom, accessible via a staircase, you’ll find a small play area and a small double bed (140x200 cm) that can accommodate up to two children. The second bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a chest of drawers. In the smallest of the bedrooms, you’ll find a cosy double bed (160x200 cm) and a chest of drawers as well. Both shower rooms are equipped with heated floors.

An outdoor parking space next to the house is reserved for you.

The listed rental price is based on 4 guests; each additional guest will be charged a surcharge per night.
