Current Notice (as of 03.09.2026): Due to the construction of a new residential development in the area, there may be occasional disturbances from construction noise. The work is expected to last about three years.

The charming 4-room Witt holiday home is located on a popular cul-de-sac in Burg, heading towards Südstrand. With approximately 90 m² of space spread over two floors, there is ample room for up to 6 people.

The ground floor features a living and dining room with a 40-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system, as well as access to the patio and garden. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The utility room features a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, and an ironing board with an iron. There is also a shower room on this floor. The attic is laid out as follows: a master bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a second TV, and direct access to the balcony; a children’s room with a double bed (180x200 cm); and a guest room with a double bed (180x200 cm). There is a bathroom with a bathtub here. A fenced-in garden (approx. 350 m²) and a southwestern-facing terrace, sheltered from the wind and prying eyes, invite you to rest and relax.

A travel cot and a high chair are included as standard equipment.

The price is for 4 people; each additional person will be charged an extra fee per night.

Two parking spaces are reserved for you. Charging electric cars is not permitted. A garage provides storage space for bicycles and sports equipment.
