Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office located at Strandstraße 10, 24235 Laboe.

Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town centre are affected, particularly from the Kurpark to the Fördewanderweg. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

The spacious balcony, with its stunning view of the Baltic Sea and the harbour, is worth the trip all on its own. You can park your car in the designated outdoor parking space approximately 200 metres from the apartment.
