Your perfect beach vacation starts here! This freshly renovated townhouse is just steps from the sand and centrally located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Park your car (4 spaces available) and walk to everything—surf shops, restaurants, a local grocery, and sweet treats all around the corner.

Enjoy ocean views, a well-equipped kitchen (renovated in 2014), a full bath upstairs (renovated in 2018), and a convenient half bath on the main floor. There’s even a private outdoor shower under the unit—perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The primary bedroom includes a vanity sink and a TV, with a second TV in the living room for cozy evenings in.

Whether you’re here to surf, sunbathe, or simply relax, this home makes beach life easy and enjoyable.

Perfect location and accommodation for my friends and me. Was able to walk barefoot to the beach from the house it was so close. Also a short walk from restaurants, bars, and a park with nice pickleball courts

Wrightsville Beach is a family-oriented beach. This home has been in our family for many years. Our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren have made wonderful memories here. We know you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

Relaxing on porch rockers, napping in the hammock and walking the loop are some if our favorite activities! Just steps from the beach too. Centrally located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach.

What makes this property unique

You can park your car, relax, and and have a great vacation without having to get back in the car.
A short walk to the public dock to watch gorgeous sunsets over the sound! There is a walking/running trail 'the loop' at the end of the street. This is a 2.4 mile loop that you can enjoy for exercise. Within this trail is a recreation area consisting of a park and other outdoor activities such as basketball and tennis.
