Welcome to La Gariotte, a charming detached house located in the peaceful holiday village Les Collines d’Eyvigues. Perfect for families or friends, this house combines comfort, authenticity, and relaxation in a lush, typical Périgord setting.



La Gariotte accommodates up to 6 people and includes:

- 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm)

- 1 sofa bed in the living room

- Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and toilet

- Duvets and pillows provided

A baby kit is available for rent (travel cot, high chair, bathtub, children's dishes).



The kitchen is fully equipped so you can prepare your meals just like at home: oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and washing machine.

The bright, comfortable living room features a dining area, TV (TNT channels), and a wood-burning fireplace, ideal for autumn or spring evenings.



The house opens onto a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, and sun loungers, perfect for outdoor meals.

Guests have access to a shared heated pool, open from the Easter holidays to All Saints’ Day. Private parking spaces are also available.
