60m2 apartment refurbished in spring 2020 for 4 people. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a living-dining room and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. This south-facing apartment benefits from a small, fully-equipped balcony. It is located on the 1st floor of a residence with elevator. Bike room and unheated swimming pool.



In the residence, you have access to an unheated swimming pool and a secure bike room. The residence itself is secure. Free parking is available in front of and around Parc des Dryades.



Other remarks

200m from La Baule tennis club, 10mn from the equestrian club, 5 mn from Bois de la Baule and in the Parc des Dryades you'll find plenty of activities in the immediate vicinity. 500m from shops and avenue lajarrige and 750m from the beach.

Cleaning is included in the price and is compulsory. Sheets and towels can be rented at the rate mentioned in the advert.
