We look forward to welcoming you to our 5-DTV-star-certified retreat in the heart of the nature reserve. Your stay in our exclusive two-room apartment, spanning 50 m², promises unforgettable holiday experiences any time of year. The quiet location in the attic—easily accessible by lift on the second floor—offers a unique atmosphere. The holiday apartment is located at the southeastern end of the building and impresses with its modern and comfortable amenities.
Designed with an eye for detail, the apartment features warm colours combined with white and walnut furnishings in the living and dining areas—a place of cosiness. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the high, open space spanning two stories with a ceiling height of 5 metres give the apartment a unique charm. Enjoy the sparkle of the Achterwasser visible to the side as the morning sun streams through the east-facing windows. Blackout pleated blinds allow you to customise the amount of sunlight, while fly screens in the living and sleeping areas ensure a mosquito-free atmosphere.

The living room not only offers relaxation on the sofa—which can be converted into an additional sleeping area if needed—but also entertainment via the flat-screen TV (satellite), Blu-ray player, and the Yamaha sound system with an iPod dock and CD player.

The open balcony, which resembles a rooftop terrace, invites you to enjoy the sun from late morning until sunset. An idyllic spot with a side view of the water, perfect for starting the day or winding it down with a glass of wine.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring state-of-the-art brand-name appliances, leaves nothing to be desired.

In the bedroom, aqua-blue hues on the walls and white furniture create a relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of the beach and the water. Spotlights and adjustable lighting by the bed invite you to enjoy a little late-night reading without disturbing your partner. In addition to the standard pillows, firm neck pillows and fluffy blankets are provided.
The bathroom features a heated granite floor and a walk-in shower with a massage showerhead. A small storage room offers space for your coat and allows you to store shoes and luggage. Lockable communal areas are available for golf equipment and bicycles.
A wellness oasis and pure relaxation:
Enjoy free access to our 150-square-meter wellness area on the ground floor of Building A, which features three saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room), a spacious relaxation room, and a small fitness area to ensure your well-being.

Feel free to use our free Wi-Fi connection throughout the building. Please note that due to the island’s unique conditions, Wi-Fi quality may vary.
To ensure a hassle-free start to your stay, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and a starter supply of towels will be provided.
