Welcome to our exclusive KARL holiday home, located in a unique
5-star holiday home complex in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Our thatched-roof beach house offers two luxurious holiday apartments with a total of 260 m² of living space. The beach is only about 350 m or a 4-minute walk away.
Our “KARL” apartment on the ground floor features 110 m² of living space and offers three bedrooms with state-of-the-art entertainment technology and exquisite box-spring beds, two bathrooms, and a private sauna. From the holiday home’s outdoor terrace, you have direct access to the light-filled, tastefully furnished living room with a large dining area, a wood-burning stove, and heated floors.
Ideal for families and groups of up to 6 people seeking peace and relaxation.
The 3,000 m² property invites you to relax, and guests are expressly encouraged to enjoy the lawn. A spacious barbecue area is available for our guests. Bike rentals are just around the corner, and you’ll find excellent shopping opportunities in the immaculately maintained Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen.
For bookings of more than 6 people, depending on availability, both units—Karl on the ground floor and Rosa on the upper floor—can be booked together. We’d be happy to assist you by phone.
