The Swallow's Nest is located on the edge of the forest in Kölpinsee, almost in the centre of the island of Usedom and within walking distance of the beach.

Our charming holiday rental is ideal for up to 4 guests seeking peace and quiet and a close connection to nature. Despite its compact size, it feels pleasantly spacious thanks to the small loft on the upper floor. Enjoy breakfast on the sunny terrace in the morning and start your day in a relaxed way.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright, open living-kitchen area that invites you to linger with its modern, fully equipped amenities. The bathroom features a comfortably large shower and a washing machine—perfect for a comfortable stay.

The upper floor offers a spacious bedroom with a cosy double bed, as well as a smaller room with a practical sleeper sofa. You can park your car conveniently and safely under the carport right on the property.
