The modern, newly renovated house offers plenty of space across approximately 200 m² for shared experiences and relaxing retreats. The light-filled sunroom with a large dining table for up to 12 people is perfect for cosy meals, while the spacious living room is ideal for family evenings.

The approximately 1,100 m² garden offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing—including a trampoline (use at your own risk).

The location:
Located on the edge of the Sehlendorfer Binnensee nature reserve, you can enjoy the tranquility of nature—yet still be only about 500 m from the Baltic Sea beach. The idyllic holiday town of Hohwacht is known for its relaxed atmosphere, far from mass tourism.
