Our stylishly furnished apartment accommodates 2–4 people and was completely modernised in 2023 with great attention to detail. It’s centrally located, just a few minutes from the Tiroler Ache—where walking and hiking trails begin, ideal for nature lovers and hikers, and in winter, cross-country ski trails for active travellers. Experience the Chiemgau at its best. Whether as a couple or with your family, you’ll enjoy a cosy, peaceful atmosphere and proximity to mountains, rivers, hiking trails, and cross-country ski trails.

The cosy living area features a dining table, a fully equipped, high-quality kitchenette, and a comfortable sleeper sofa—ideal for guests or relaxing evenings watching TV. A true hidden gem for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, and active holidaymakers. The village lies directly on the border with Tyrol and combines an alpine backdrop with authentic Bavarian culture. The village community actively preserves its cultural heritage. Traditional clubs such as the folk costume association “d’Gamsgebirgler” and the Schleching brass band enrich village life and keep local customs alive.

We, the Stadler family, live on our property in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and warmly welcome you to our newly renovated holiday apartment. Of course, our family dog “Cora” and our four horses are part of the family too.
