The location of Can Freixa is perfect - minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops but also in a private and peaceful area. Inside is spotlessly clean and well furnished. The 3 double bedrooms are a decent size, air conditioned and, a big bonus, have comfortable beds! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need. Outside there is a spacious terrace with great views of the surrounding mountains, a well kept and private garden plus a refreshing pool. Again, due to location, a car is not really necessary but private parking is provided at the side of the house which some might find a bit tight so a smaller car is advisable. There is also a side gate 20m away leading to the public car park where hybrid/electric vehicles can park free of charge.Communication with the owner, Espe, was excellent throughout and the one small issue we had was attended to immediately. For location, cleanliness, facilities, and price Can Freixa would be hard to beat in Port de Soller and I would highly recommend the villa particularly for families with children looking for a property with a private and secure garden that is minutes from the beach.

Es hat an nichts gefehlt!

Pros: Die Ausstattung war die beste, die ich aus einem Ferienhaus kenne, es gab alles, was man sich wünschen könnte. Die Unterkunft war außerdem viel näher am Strand als ich dachte. Obwohl sie an den Straßenbahn Schienen liegt, ist sie sehr ruhig.

Super Lage, tolle Gastgeber

Pros: Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit erreichbar und sehr kulant, wenn es Probleme gab wurden diese direkt gelöst oder versucht zu lösen. Es gab einen privaten Parkplatz direkt neben dem haus. Die Betten und die Couch waren sehr bequem. Es war alles sehr sauber, kein Schimmel etc! Toller gepflegter Garten und Pool. Ausreichend Handtücher für Dusche und Pool. Wir haben so viel Platz gehabt das war toll. Man läuft 3 Minuten zum Hafen mit diversen Restaurants und einer tollen Promenade. So gut wie alles war vorhanden sogar Waschmittel und Windeln, ich würde auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Cons: Der Herd und eine von 4 Klima Anlagen waren nicht 100% funktionstüchtig aber mit etwas rum probieren hat es auch funktioniert. Durch klimatische Ereignisse hatten wir ein hartnäckiges Ameisenproblem welches wir mit schwerem Geschütz bekämpfen mussten, was wiederum uns mit den Kindern eingeschränkt hat aufgrund des Gifts. Soweit ich weis sind die Vermieter nach unserem Aufenthalt jetzt dran die Ameisen konsequent zu beseitigen. Außerdem sind die Wände schon sehr dünn und man hört die Bahn und diverse Geräusche im und außerhalb des Hauses schon sehr deutlich, aber uns hat es nicht gestört, da die Bahn auch zur schlafenszeit nicht mehr fährt. Ich hätte mit den ein oder anderen Rollladen oder Blick dichten Vorhang gewünscht sodass es nicht direkt hell ist durch die Fensterläden, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren trotzdem alle sehr zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter !
