The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and blender. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, full-length mirror, hairdryer, bath stool, and cosmetic mirror. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds (each 1.80 m x 2 m). A storage room for shoes, ironing board, and iron is also available.\n\nThe apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and smoke detectors are installed. An underground parking space with e-charging station is available; use of the charging station is possible for an extra fee per stay. Please indicate this when booking.\n\nKey handover is via a key safe, for which you will receive the code in advance. The key safe is at the back of the pillar to the underground garage.\n\nThe location in Oberhof is ideal for cross-country skiing, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, climbing park, tennis, and mini golf. Nearby you will also find thermal baths, an all-year cross-country hall, bobsleigh and luge track, downhill slope, bike park, ski jumping facilities, biathlon stadium, reservoirs, and lots of nature.\n\nArrival is from 3 pm, departure by 10 am. Costs for heating, electricity, water, and an initial supply of bed linen and towels are charged extra. Final cleaning is included; however, cleaning the kitchen and disposing of waste (possible in the underground garage) are your responsibility and not included in the final cleaning."}
