This property is very well located in the heart of Deauville. Walking distance from seaside, restaurants. Description is matching the property, it is a huge house. The kitchen was filthy and very dirty even with molded coffee in the coffee maker. The bathrooms were also not very clean. Its a beautiful property in need of deep and proper cleanup. The bedsheets and towels were clean and beds are very comfortable.

Its a well equipped house on a central point in Deauville, everything within reach. there is however no parkingplace, the indicated spot is not available. Its paying every day somewhere or parking far away where its free, but that means car not available for excursions without a brisk walk. There is a litle greenery garden, however a breedingplace for musquitos. Lots of lamps dont work and were not replaced. There is only one key, which is not practicable with 6 persons.There is toilet and shower on each etage, functioning well.All in all ok place for 6 bridgers or a family. Could be good with some adjustments.
