Air-conditioned caravan on a natural plot near Berlin for 4 persons near the lake

Do you love being out in nature, enjoy your independence, and are you looking for a simple, nature-filled adventure near a lake—surrounded by many other lakes in Brandenburg—for up to 5 people?

We’re happy to rent out our cosy, warm caravan—which sleeps up to 5 people and features heating and air conditioning—on a fenced-in, private lot of approximately 500 square metres, or we can deliver it anywhere within Berlin and Brandenburg.

The charming garden offers an electrical hookup, and trash disposal and fresh water are also provided.
The swimming lake is a 5-minute walk away, as is the forest. A large playground and football field with a ping-pong table, football field, climbing frame, and other play facilities is a 1-minute walk away; shopping and restaurants are a 15-minute walk away.
Not too far away, there’s also a beach bar and a climbing park.

It’s a 20-minute drive to Berlin; by public transport, it’s also 20 minutes, and the station is a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available right on the property.

This lovingly furnished caravan welcomes guests who will treat it with care, and in return offers:

- 1 cosy fixed bed with slatted frame and bedstead, 1.40×2 m, including a new mattress, comforter, and bedding
- 1 large round seating area with a table, which can be converted in 1 minute to accommodate up to 3 additional sleeping spots
- 1 sliding door in front of the bed to create a separate sleeping area
- 1 gas stove with 3 burners

- 1 refrigerator with a small freezer compartment
- 1 sink with a drying rack and hot water
- 1 separate bathroom with a toilet, a sink with hot water, and cabinets

The caravan is equipped with hot water inside and a 50-liter water tank.

For showering, you can use either our camping shower with a showerhead and powerful water pump in a separate, spacious 1.80-meter shower tent next to the RV, or our solar shower, or a large permanent shower located a 5-minute drive away in a large, modern bathroom facility (price at the petrol station: 3.50 per shower). Alternatively, you can wash up at the sink in the caravan’s bathroom, which has instant hot water (the caravan has hot water throughout the interior), or take a dip in the lake. :)
Both of our showers are heated by the sun; on colder days, you can simply add water from a kettle or hot water from the RV for an even warmer shower if the outside temperature isn’t warm enough for you.


There are 3 options available for using the bathroom: either the toilet in the caravan can be used as a dry toilet, for which there are bags provided on-site that you simply hang under the toilet seat; these are disposed of outside with the general trash after use. Alternatively, you can use a dry toilet in a shower tent next to the RV, or you can use the toilet in the RV as a chemical toilet. If you choose the chemical toilet option, you’ll need to empty and dispose of the toilet cassette yourself at a disposal station and let us know when you book.

Biodegradable products are available for our guests to use, including dish soap, shower gel, and hand soap. We dispose of wastewater in accordance with regulations.

The caravan is a strictly non-smoking area, but smoking is permitted outside in front of it. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

For the eco-friendly products, there is a one-time flat fee of 8 euros per bottle, covering the entire duration of your stay. Used gas is billed at the standard low gas rate with no surcharge; electricity is also billed at the standard rate with no surcharge. It is also possible to use the caravan for up to 5 days off the grid without electricity costs by using the 12V battery. Electricity is only needed for additional lighting, the range hood, hot water, and charging cell phones; everything else—including basic lighting—can also be powered by gas or the battery.

The piece of nature we lease is 100 square metres on a 500-square-meter property. A portion of the property is also leased out, so it’s possible that you won’t always be there alone. However, the property is so large that, even if someone else is there, you won’t be in close proximity to one another.

“Up to 5 sleeping spots” means that for a family with children, if a child sleeps in the same bed, there are only 4 sleeping spots available for adults.

A free luggage shuttle or passenger shuttle to and from Berlin or on-site is available. The flat rate applies to a booking for one person; each additional person costs 5 euros per night.
Upon arrival, a security deposit of 150 euros must be paid in cash; this will be refunded in cash at the end of the stay. Should any damage occur, the security deposit will be used to cover it in consultation with the renter.
The caravan has been fully inspected for functionality, the electrical system has been checked, and the gas inspection is current. Nevertheless, I am required to point out that, in accordance with the general rental terms and conditions, rentals are always at your own risk, and no liability can be assumed for personal injury or other damages. To ensure that no damage occurs, a briefing will be provided on-site.
