This semi-detached house is located in the quiet district of Böhl, in the immediate vicinity of the Böhl Lighthouse. Even on rainy days, this exclusively listed holiday property offers a beautiful place to relax. The surrounding area is ideal for long walks, and the village center with its quaint town center and market square can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot.

The living space of approximately 92 m² extends over three levels and is divided as follows:

Ground floor: Entrance area, living room with integrated kitchen, fireplace and access to the terrace, a shower room/WC, and a utility room.
The ground floor is equipped with underfloor heating. The furnished terrace (southwest-facing) and the separate beach chair terrace are ideal for relaxing in good weather.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (each 160 x 200 cm - single mattresses), each with a double bed and TV, a small office, and a shower room/WC with an integrated sauna.

The windows have blackout blinds, and insect screens are installed in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen.

Attic: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and a TV.

Bicycle storage is available.

Dadurch absolute Ruhe, allerdings Fahrrad oder Auto erforderlich, um das Dorf, vor allem aber das Bad oder den schönen Strand in Bühl zu erreichen. Ja, aber eventuell für uns etwas dezentral gelegen, aber mit dem Vorteil, dass es sehr schön ruhig liegt. Wir kennen Koch&Co und die schönen Domizile schon viele Jahre und gerne wieder.
