Welcome to our spacious vacation home!

The vacation home is located in a detached outbuilding on the property of the hosts. A completely separate, fenced-in area of approximately 150 square meters has been created for guests.
Access to the vacation home is also separate, and of course, a parking space (capable of supporting vehicles up to 12 metric tons) is available on the property.

The apartment spans two floors, measures 105 square meters, and is suitable for 4 adults, plus 2 children up to 14 years old. It is also possible to add 1–2 extra beds for adults, making this apartment ideal for families.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and dining area.
Upstairs is the spacious living area with 2 cozy sofa corners that convert into beds, as well as a large flat-screen TV (satellite) and a radio.
There are also two bedrooms here. The first bedroom has a single bed and a TV; the second bedroom has two single beds and a TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and bathtub and serves as a walk-through room to the second bedroom.
Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and we provide towels free of charge.
You may use a washing machine by prior arrangement and for an additional fee (payable on site).
Outside, there is a furnished patio for barbecuing (the grill can be used free of charge) and a bicycle storage room.
Internet access (Wi-Fi, free of charge) is also available.
Use by technicians is not permitted.
