Villa SoricoLuce is a truly special vacation home in the Tuscan hills, consisting of three separate buildings: La Chiesa, La Casa, and Il Fienile. Each house has its own entrance, kitchen, and private areas—the large garden and the panoramic pool are shared by all guests.
La Chiesa is the most fascinating building and dates back to the 19th century. On the first floor, there is a cozy fireplace room, a fully equipped kitchen, and the former nave, which now serves as a stylish common area—perfect for gathering, especially on cooler days. Upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is a double bedroom and a single bedroom, both with private en suite bathrooms.
The outdoor areas are a real highlight: a large terrace with a dining table and grill offers a breathtaking view over Pescia and the Tuscan countryside. Further down, there’s a pizza house with an original wood-fired oven—ideal for social evenings. On the lowest level is the large panoramic pool (12 × 6 m) with sun loungers, a cozy outdoor sofa, and a small pool bar. The entire garden is fenced in and surrounded by old olive and fruit trees.
