Private: well-kept garden 600 m2 (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.) with alarm system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: billiard table, trampoline.
