Die Wohnung an sich war schön mit tollem Ausblick und vor Ort war der Kontakt auch nett. Leider ist in der Wohnung etwas kaputt gegangen (ohne Eigenverschulden) und wir haben es, mit vorheriger Absprache und Zusicherung der Kostenerstattung, auf unsere Kosten repariert. Leider werden Mails seitdem nicht beantwortet. Es war kein besonders hoher Betrag, aber ich finde es sehr unverschämt dann nicht mehr zu reagieren.
